How Does the Avatar Creation Process Work?
Conceptualization: Firstly, you need to have a clear idea of what you want for your avatar, including its appearance, style, and intended use. This could be for content creation (live streams, TikTok, YouTube) or personal use, for interacting with others (your own persona).Modeling: Here, we have two paths to follow. Either creating the avatar from scratch using a Reference Sheet or crafting one from a pre-made base available on platforms like Booth, Gumroad, or Payhip. What's the difference?Building from scratch ensures the avatar matches your exact specifications (including the details from the reference sheet, hence the need for clarity). The cost for this process is $1,200 + Reference Sheet, if not already provided.Utilizing a pre-made base yields a result very close to your vision: customization (hairstyle, clothing, accessories), textures, etc. The cost here depends on the base's price (usually between $20 to $50, we'll guide you to choose the best one for your project) + starting at $60 for editing, with final costs varying based on the extent of alterations desired (typically around $130)..VRM File (For 3D V-Tubers)We also work with .VRM files (for 3D V-Tubers).
This file includes all necessary settings for use in software (such as VSeeFace, for example).
If the client only wants it for V-Tubing purposes, the price will be lower than the base price for VRChat (price to be negotiated).
.FBX and .Unity Files:If desired, the client can purchase the .FBX (if starting from scratch) and .Unity files of the avatar. The .FBX file is the 3D model of the avatar, while the .Unity file contains the specific setup for VRChat.
These files are charged separately and are not included in the final upload (we will directly upload the avatar to your account).
